Bio
Paul is a 2001 alumnus of NC TEACH who transitioned from the world of marine science to the middle school classroom with the help of this program. For the past nine years, he has worked as a science teacher at Durant Road Middle School in Raleigh, where he is now the Department Chair and one of the school's Technology Contacts. Paul was chosen as DRMS Teacher of the Year in 2004 and 2008. He earned National Board Certification in 2006.
